Generating a Theme Map

You can apply a theme to the map to identify areas where certain types of projects are located. For example, you can show range of total project cost by county.

To generate a map theme:

Build the map. See Interactive Map for information.
Click Generate Theme Map. The Generate Theme Map widget displays.

Click on thumbnail images to view full size. Click on the full-size image to return to thumbnail.
Select the option to Use Data From Search or Use All Data.
Select the Data Type you want to use for the theme.
Select the Geography of the area you want to apply the theme.
Click Display Map. The map displays the theme based on your selection.

The Results panel shows the related values for the theme.
